These workout tools are some of my favorites when it comes to getting more out of SolStrong and yoga classes.
Regular Foam Roller
This one is a "standard" roller. It hurts so good!
Soft Foam Roller
Get the benefits of massaging out those tight muscles, but without the pain of a hard roller. Good for folks newer to rolling or folks that are sensitive.
Stackable Resistance Band with Door Anchor and Exercise Chart
Even better than one resistant band is having a variety of strengths! With this option, you can go from easy to hard gradually -- depending on the body part. As you gain strength you'll keep challenging your body... This is where results will happen!
Yoga Mat
Jade is a fabulous yoga mat brand, and besides it's amazing practices for the Earth, it has no slip for the hands and feet. Hallelujah! Most of their mats are $100, so this is a great deal and worth the investment!
Massage Balls
These have the perfect amount of "give" to do self-massage.

This is total necessity for home and travel workouts. Easy way to work the upper body in a variety of ways.
Universal Band
This is another one of my personal faves... It enhances leg workouts 10-fold!
Yoga Blocks
Love yoga blocks to help get into certain poses.
Ball
This little ball is a way to enhance workouts for inner thigh and chest squeezes. You could also use a yoga block, but this ball has the "just right" amount of give!
Ball Pump
The ball arrives flat, so don't be disappointed because you can't use it! However, if you have a bike pump at home, you won't need this.
Yoga Strap
You can use a bathrobe belt, but it is very nice to have a legit strap for stretching.
